Built from frustration with the automotive industry.
Wagon Worx was built to create the kind of repair experience we could never seem to find ourselves — honest, transparent, and done the right way.
It started with a Volkswagen.
At 17, Andrew bought a 2003 Volkswagen with a manual transmission against just about everyone’s advice. What started as a commuter car quickly became an obsession with how cars worked, why they failed, and how they could be repaired properly.
Long before Wagon Worx existed, nights were spent reading automotive textbooks, researching parts, and learning through trial and error instead of chasing the science degree he originally planned for.
By 19, that passion became a profession.
Learning every side of the industry.
From dealership environments to independent shops and manufacturer training, the goal was always the same — become the best technician possible and find a shop that truly valued quality over shortcuts.
Eventually, it became clear that shop didn’t exist.
So Wagon Worx was built to become it.
What Wagon Worx Believes
Repair quality
starts with people.
The automotive industry has normalized rushed work, poor communication, and treating both employees and customers like numbers.
Wagon Worx was created to push against that.
We believe better repairs come from better environments, better processes, and people who genuinely care about the work they do.
Transparency
We show customers what we see so recommendations make sense before work begins.
Craftsmanship
Whether it’s a European performance vehicle or a daily driver, repairs should be done with care and precision.
Community
We’re building a shop rooted in honesty, accountability, and relationships people can genuinely trust.
